Supermarket & Space is the platform for all professionals within the supermarket sector. The Supermarket & Space group launched on Linkedin in late 2010 and now has over 900 members with representatives from all parts of the sector: supermarket organizations, investors, brokers, government, managers, developers, retailers and consultants. The strength of the platform is formed by optimal accessibility for professionals from the sector and an independent position.

Supermarket & Space fulfills a platform function based on three spearheads: inspiration, networking and knowledge sharing. These three issues form the common thread in all of the group’s activities. Supermarket & Ruimte manifests itself prominently in the market with substantive expert meetings, discussions on social media and the compilation and accessibility of current professional information from home and abroad through this site. In addition, the annual Supermarket Real Estate Congress is organized.

Vision and mission

The main mission of the Supermarket & Space group is to connect these professionals and thus stimulate knowledge sharing and networking within this sector. The group aims to be accessible to anyone professionally involved with supermarket locations: from sole traders to the chairman of the board of a listed real estate fund.
