General conditions
Registration
You can register as long as there are places available.
As soon as possible after registration you will receive notification of participation or notification of placement on the waiting list.
Placement will be in order of receipt of registration.
If the maximum number of participants has been reached by the time your registration is received, you will automatically be placed on the waiting list.
Participation fee
The participation fee for a meeting of “Supermarket & Space” is determined per meeting and is mentioned in the announcement on the website.
The invoice will be sent immediately after registration and is due two weeks after the invoice date.
Cancellation
Up to three weeks before the meeting, cancellations and/or a substitute may be registered free of charge.
In case of later cancellation, the full participation fee must be paid.
This is in connection with reservation of accommodation.
